Es ya primavera en Nueva York, y aunque los días son más largos y asoleados, la realidad es que sigue haciendo mucho frío como para salir aunque sea al parque con Guillermo.
Así es que seguimos Cristina, Guillermo y yo confinados a este departamento. Ya en este punto cada vez nos ponemos más creativos a la hora de inventar actividades para Cristina.
En una de las visitas de mi amiga Cinthia a la casa trajo un kit para hacer títeres de calcetín, My First Sock Puppets, que fue todo un éxito.
Con pedazos de fieltro, ojos y motas súper fáciles de colocar, Cristina pasó un rato maravilloso dejando volar su imaginación.
Si bien, éste es un kit que se puede comprar con todos los elementos ya listos para pegarse, estoy segura que con materiales reciclables se puede hacer en casa.

Is already Spring in New York, and even though days are now longer and sunnier, reality is that is still very cold for going outside, even to the park, with Guillermo.
So, here we are Cristina, Guillermo and I confined to this apartment. At this point we get each time more creative inventing different activities for Cristina.
Once that my friend Cinthia visited, she brought My First Sock Puppets kit, which was a blast!
With felt pieces, eyes and ponpons very easy to stick to the sock, Cristina had a wonderful time letting her imagination free.
And well, even if you can buy this kit with all the elements included, I’m sure that is an easy activity to do at home with recycable materials.
